MIS Operational and Functional Support

Job Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity to join TASDT3 inside the Customer Services organization and work closely with the A400M customer. TASDT develops MDS (Maintenance Data System), the Maintenance, Configuration, Planning and Daily Operations tracking tool deployed within A400M’s operators premises, and is part of the team working with MOSS (Maintenance and Operation Support Systems) which is the future MIS solution for all AIRBUS DS platforms. TASDT3 is in charge of delivering the expertise gathered after years of working together with the nations and supporting new customers and industry for a total alignment with the MIS.

Responsibilities

• Entry Into Service and continuous support: Provide guidance to the customer from the beginning of the use of the MIS, develop procedures, and provide on‑the‑job training when needed.
