This role will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
