Become the MLRO at PayVia, a leading Money Service Business in Dubai. This role oversees AML/CFT compliance, emphasizing fintech regulations and operational leadership.
As the MLRO / Head of Compliance, you will direct the end-to-end compliance program. Your leadership will be essential in managing regulatory frameworks and enhancing Risk programs within the fintech sector. With established expertise in FINTRAC and PCMLTFA, you will engage closely with management to monitor risks and maintain compliance integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AML/CFT compliance frameworks
• Serve as primary MLRO for regulatory communications
• Oversee transaction monitoring and investigations
• Lead KYC and EDD for diverse client types

Requirements:
