Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Use troubleshooting tools and agents provided by the domestic engineering team to perform log retrieval, issue reproduction, and root cause analysis in the local environment.
- Develop auxiliary scripts and tools independently based on actual troubleshooting needs to improve the efficiency of local issue diagnosis.
- Document high-frequency customer complaint scenarios, summarize failure patterns, root cause analysis processes (5Why), and solutions, and continuously improve the troubleshooting case library.
- Provide diagnosis conclusions, desensitized logs, and analysis reports to domestic engineers, and collaborate to close issues.
- Participate in the live testing and improvement feedback of troubleshooting tools, and promote usability optimization for overseas scenarios.
