Job Description

Overview The Development Manager (L10) leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs spanning backend platforms, cloud databases, and native mobile applications. This role owns strategic program execution across multiple agile teams and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support PepsiCo’s digital transformation roadmap 
. 
You will manage cross-functional engineering programs involving Java microservices, Cosmos DB architecture, and native iOS/Android application ecosystems while partnering with product, architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders globally.
