Introduction We’re hiring a Mobile Equipment Trainer for our global mining client to join their team! You will be responsible for providing short-term support for training delivery at site. This role will work closely with the Technical Training team to deliver, assess, and support mobile equipment operator training in a dynamic operations environment. This role is site based on a 7 on 7 off rotation and on a 10-month contract basis.
Responsibilities Provide oversight and validation of contractor project controls, including review and challenge of engineering and construction contractor schedules, cost reports, progress measurement, forecasts, and trends Deliver operator training and competency assessments of mobile equipment in accordance with BHP standards Conduct classroom, field-based, and practical training sessions Evaluate operator’s competency and provide coaching, feedback, and signoffs Support the execution of site trainin...
