The Mobile Fleet Engineer at Auckland One Rail in Wiri, NZ, is a full‑time on‑site position focused on keeping trains available, reliable, and in service.

This role provides mobile technical support at key locations across the Auckland rail network, assisting with start‑up faults, in‑service failures, fault recovery, and return‑to‑service decisions. The focus is rapid diagnosis, safe rectification where possible, and reducing the operational impact of rollingstock faults.

You will work closely with Maintenance Delivery Managers, Fleet Control, Operations, and frontline technicians to support service delivery.
