Job Description SummaryAs a Staff Software Engineer (Test Automation Lead), being part of the Patient care solutions team, you will be leading the overall Automation and adhoc test strategies within the scrum team(s). The automation lead should have a have a strong test automation background. The test lead will partner with the Architects, Technical leads, Scrum Masters and scrum team members. Work closely with scrum team members in providing technical guidance and help them develop quality automation tests. You will be working closely with scrum lead and PO of the team to ensure the test deliverables are aligned with the overall sprint goals. You shall ensure best practices of software test automation are followed by the team and improved as needed.Responsibilities include designing, developing, automating, executing, and maintaining test cases, ensuring quality through reviews, and writing tests alongside the team.
