Job Description

Role purpose: To create value on Telecel Ghana’s mobile voice services, drive mobile revenue, grow customers (acquisition, upsell, retention) and drive usage.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Achieve Subscriber and Revenue targets for Mobile voice and implement strategies to achieve the targets

Work closely with the product and services team to derive maximum value along the product life cycle

Identifying market trends, Evaluation, and selection of products for future roadmap

Drive major voice KPIs (Customer, usage, revenue)

Grow voice Penetration to desirable levels according to business objectives

Coordinate business activities on National roaming to drive maximum revenue impact

Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor KPIs performance and offer insights for decision making
