This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Model Change Coordinator**
**Objective**: Ensure the efficient and effective introduction of engineering changes and new projects to the manufacturing plant (time, cost, and service level), avoiding material obsolescence at all levels (FG, subassy, raw). Coordinate all involved support functions and escalate issues that jeopardize any of the aforementioned parameters.
**Requirements & Knowledge**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in project and program management
- Management and coordination of engineering changes
