Job Description
An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a Modeling & Simulation Lead (Radar) for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will serve as a technical and program leader driving classified foreign threat modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts, including RF/IR sensor modeling, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and foreign kinetic weapon systems. The role involves leading and mentoring teams responsible for modeling foreign threat radars, antennas, and communications systems, and performing detailed classified analyses such as detectability and survivability assessments to support future combat scenarios. The manager will also advance and grow classified modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) capabilities and business by leveraging existing contracts and customer relationships, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI/ML, and developing the MS&A talent pipeline.
