You will be in charge of the Mold Designer in the Japanese manufacturing company.


- Design progressive stamping dies for precision press parts, including process planning and die structure design based on product drawings.
- Plan and optimize stamping processes such as blanking, bending, and forming, considering material properties and production conditions.
- Work closely with the tool shop and production team to support die fabrication, assembly, try-out, and troubleshooting.
- Improve and modify dies after mass production start to address quality issues, burrs, dimensional accuracy, wear, and productivity improvement.
