Mold Making Technician & Repair (2 positions)

• Operate machinery such as CNC milling, HSM, EDM, Wire cut, Grinding, CMM, and Laser welding machines to manufacture mold tool components, in accordance with Work Instructions and Process Quality Instructions.
• Tool repair and new spare part manufacturing: Coordinate with teams' leader to prioritize repair tasks based on production schedules and requirements.
• Work according to STD: Compliance with safety protocols, process flow and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and addressing any issued or improvement.
• KPI tracking: Support Utilization tracking, Man hours tracking and addressing any issued or improvement.
• Participate 14Q activities, Safety and LPC line walk.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and the System CIP.
