Molding Maintenance Technician

Location: Grandview, MO

Reports To: Molding Maintenance Supervisor

SUMMARY:

Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, and injection molding machines and equipment by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Observes equipment in operation and evaluates potential problems for future repairs.

· Dismantle equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts. Repairs or replaces defective parts

· Fabricate, install electrical circuits and design electrical prints.

· Ability to read and interprete electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings.

· Adjust function parts of equipment and control instruments.

· Installs special functional and structural parts in equipment.
