Job Description

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on in operating injection molding machine and other auxiliary equipment such as automation handling system, mold temperature controller, chiller, mixer etc.
• Application of optimal injection parameters leading to part molded condition achieving dimensional stability and free from common molding defects.
• Able to carry out mold testing independently. Well‑prepared and lead during mold trials by ensuring molds are qualified per requirements.
• Establish guidelines in mold testing procedures and safety.
