Molding Technician Specialist

Responsibilities
Report any incident that occurs in LOM immediately to the responsible authorities (e.g., immediate supervisor, EHS area).
Follow established guidelines according to the policies for safety, health, environment, and quality governed within the LEGO Group.
Actively participate in activities related to safety, health, environment, and quality (e.g., training, drills, programs).
Comply with guidelines established in global and local processes to fulfill requirements of OHSAS *****, ISO *****, and ISO ****.
Deliver on time and schedule established processes related to environmental care, including correct waste handling and recycling, proper use of resources such as water and electricity, reporting missing materials, and proposing continuous improvement ideas focused on environmental care.
Share shift's pending activities with the coordinator.
Communicate decisions and procedure modifications to shift personnel and to other shift partners.
