Job Description
Role Summary
We are recruiting a Monitoring Tools Administrator to operate enterprise monitoring and observability platforms. The role spans agent rollout, alert engineering, dashboard design, and integrations with the ITSM tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, Dynatrace, or similar).
- Roll out and maintain agents, SNMP/WMI targets, and synthetic checks.
- Engineer alerts, including thresholds, correlation, suppression, and noise reduction.
- Build dashboards for operations, service delivery, and management audiences.
- Integrate with ITSM tools for ticket auto‑creation and lifecycle management.
- Support APM, log management, and infrastructure monitoring as a unified view.
- Document operational runbooks and tuning history.
