Montreal Tax Litigation Senior Associate

Draft notices of objection and represent clients in various tax litigation scenarios including appeals and voluntary disclosures. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in tax litigation
• Proven ability with Canadian income and sales tax
