Job Description

Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking to work in a market-leading independent property business with great progression and earning potential? 
We are currently looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our client's office in the Wickford area. The role is available on a self-employed or employed basis, offering an excellent basic salary/commission splits and uncapped earnings.
Working hours:
This role is office based working Monday – Friday with alternate Saturdays (Lieu day provided)
The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered:
Basic Salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 Basic
Strong commission splits 
OTE - £50,000 - £100,000
Car Allowance - £3,000
15% - 50% commission for employed roles, depending on banking’s 
Full admin support with a case manager
