Position Overview
Help customers achieve their home ownership and financing goals through trusted mortgage solutions. As a Mortgage – Direct Sales Specialist, you will manage internally generated leads and play a key role in converting customer enquiries into successful mortgage outcomes.
Responsibilities- Manage and follow up on internal leads from various sources, including call centre enquiries, staff loan applications, online lead forms, and other internal channels.
- Qualify and nurture leads with quick turnaround time and within SLA requirements to maximise conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the Call Centre, HR (for staff loans), and CCU to ensure smooth lead referral and timely follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
