Mortgage Servicing: Compliance Specialist

FocusOne Mortgage Servicing is seeking a detail-oriented Servicing Compliance & Licensing Specialist to support mortgage servicing regulatory compliance and licensing activities for our operations in Northwest Houston .

This role is responsible for ensuring the organization maintains full compliance with federal and state mortgage servicing requirements through accurate regulatory reporting, effective state licensing management, and the development and maintenance of servicing policies and procedures.

The specialist will oversee regulatory filings, including NMLS Mortgage Call Reports (MCR) and MBFRF reporting , manage state mortgage servicing licenses through NMLS and state regulatory portals , and maintain policies and procedures aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
