Mortgage Specialists @ Clarke Quay

Permanent position at Clarke Quay. Compensation: SGD 3,000 to 4,500 basic, plus commissions and allowance. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

• Accurately profile customers’ needs and actively promote home loans through alliances with agents, lawyers and developers.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities, proactively build and manage long‑term customer relationships, and provide quality after‑sales service.
• Work independently, plan sales visits and presentations to potential customers, and build a referral base through regular contact with referral sources.

• Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and high initiative.
• A degree or diploma preferred, with sales experience in banking or financial services.
• Driven and able to meet sales targets under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends if required.
