About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Mortgage Underwriters for a leading mortgage services provider in Netherlands to manage the complete mortgage assessment process, from reviewing applications to issuing final approvals while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residential mortgage applications, bridge loans, and bank guarantees.
• Independently handle complex mortgage cases.
• Perform both 1st approval and 2nd (final) approval of mortgage files.
• Review applications in accordance with lender policies and Dutch regulations.
