Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel and ensure high standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and staff performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accommodation services, supervising employees, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the motel including reception, reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate front office activities including guest check-in/check-out procedures and booking management.
- Monitor room occupancy, rates, and revenue performance to maximise profitability.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff members to ensure efficient operations and quality customer service.
