Job Description
**Position Title**: Motion Graphics Designer
**Reporting Line**: Reports directly to the Design Lead
**Location**: Onsite
**General Purpose**:
To design, animate, and produce visually compelling motion graphics and short-form content that communicates complex financial concepts in an engaging, modern, and brand-consistent way across digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
**Specific Objectives (~12 months)**:
- Independently produce motion graphics content that elevates the brand across social media, promotional campaigns, and internal initiatives.
- Develop internal templates and workflows to streamline animation production and maintain consistency across formats.
