MOTOR MECHANIC(GENERAL)

Job Description: The Heavy Tipper Truck Mechanic is responsible forinspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty tipper trucks toensure vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and with minimum downtime. Themechanic will handle preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, enginediagnostics, hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, andwelding/fabrication work when required. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis Inspectheavy tipper trucks for mechanical issues and safety concerns. Diagnoseengine, gearbox, clutch, brake, suspension, and electrical faults. 2. Preventive Maintenance Changeengine oil, filters, coolant, hydraulic oil, and lubricants. Check andmaintain battery, tyre pressure, air systems, and fluid levels. 3. Repair & Troubleshooting Repairdiesel engines, transmission systems, and differentials. Repairhydraulic tipping systems and air brake systems and suspension systems. 4. Breakdown Support Attendon-site vehicle breakdowns when necessary...
