Full-Time Move-In Coordinator
Our mission at Watermark Retirement Communities is to create extraordinary and innovative communities where people thrive. We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Move-In Coordinator. The schedule for this position is Tues-Saturday.
The ideal candidate for us will be able to coordinate the move in process and will take care of the details both large and small to welcome our residents to their new home. With a smooth transition we know our residents will be comfortable, happy and ready to thrive in their new home!
This position includes communication with prospective residents and their family members, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping and interior designers. If you see yourself as a brand ambassador and a great first impression, then this might be a very exciting opportunity for you!
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
