MPBS Project Manager: Workforce Planning & Budgeting

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to lead the implementation and support of the Manpower Planning & Budgeting System (MPBS) in Singapore. The role will include overseeing project management and system integration, as well as supporting workforce planning and budgeting analytics across institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in HR systems and budgeting. SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential, and strong stakeholder management skills are required.
