**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Execute training plans for the clinical team to help them develop skills that will make them drive customers for high performance using GEHC technology.
- Manage operational metrics for the education team, including training and development, T&L reports, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the creation of educational clinical content for our customers, especially big accounts.
- Assist in evaluating and resolving customer complaints and issues related to the functionality of their equipment.
- Maintain close contact with product, commercial, and services teams to develop educational solutions for GEHC clients.
