MRF Manager
Day-to-day management of the Green Recycling MRF, acting as a direct reporting line for all personnel working in the MRF. Responsible for ensuring that all waste processing plant and equipment within the MRF is functioning efficiently, well maintained, and delivers budgeted results.
Responsibilities
·Identify and implement best practice to maximise production and efficient operation of the MRF.
Understand the key drivers to improving performance at the site. Review daily, weekly and monthly KPIs against target, and implement plans with the team to ensure maximum performance. ·In conjunction with direct reports; ensure that work rotas for processing and MRF operatives are scheduled to ensure that logistics, operational and annual leave needs are met.
·Ensure that the MRF operates in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible, by actively supervising day-to-day operations including staff numbers, agency staff, hours worked,...
