Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Quote and negotiate prices with suppliers, delivery conditions, quality and services that accomplish the requirements and politics of the campaign in the purchase of machinery, equipment and inputs.
- Place purchase orders where buying, payment and purchase conditions are specified, for inputs, equipment and machinery.
- Keep control and follow up of delivery times previously agreed for each purchase order assigned the material availability as well for tool crib & requestors.
- Implement and control the purchase system to be align with due & need by dates with internal clients.
- Challenge suppliers for the best cost, payment terms, freight, and other potential savings on all purchases, as well as reduce lead times, and assure the best quality for indirect materials and services.
