MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) International Controller

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance financial and operational internal controls process simplification and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

• Leadership : Manage team of 20 employees directly and indirectly. Each individual shop will have a controllership individual / organization reporting to this role. Responsible for attracting developing and retaining top talent across the team to build a high-performing organization.
