MRO Material Advance Planner

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical publication material requirements and translate them into material supply and repair forecasts.
• Analyse historical material data from maintenance events to build a knowledge database of scheduled and unscheduled material demands.
• Design and implement an algorithm to generate a Bill of Materials (BOM) for future maintenance events based on the tasks to be performed.
• Evaluate BOM accuracy through adherence analysis against actual consumption data, continuously refining predictions to improve material availability for the end customer.
• Define internal processes and KPIs, customized to each customer’s requirements, to implement, monitor, and maintain a spares stock and repairable item pool.

Required Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Physics.
