Support local efforts in school districts to enhance preparation for postsecondary educationHost monthly Advisory Council meetings at each school district, providing oversight to local GEAR UP implementationOn-site implementation leader and coordinator for grant activities and services for students, families, and educatorsSupport partner districts’ creation, implementation, and amendment of work plansCheck all activities for pre-approval prior to reimbursement as part of the internal finance processLiaise with local coordinators to support their efforts to provide direct students and families engagementBecome embedded in the school district’s culture to build collaborative and cooperative relationships with administration, staff, students, families, partners, vendors, and GEAR UP staffPromote, support, and encourage participat...
