Overview

Airbus Helicopters España, SA – Training Support & Services – Permanent position for a professional with experience in training and exams support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subjects and practices for training, ensuring maximum safety and quality of courses.
• Propose changes to training programs to the Training Manager.
• Collaborate with the Exams Manager to develop question banks.
• Apply Maintenance training Manuals, regulations and procedures to guarantee adequacy of courses, exams and evaluations.
• Monitor student progress during learning phases, inform Training Head of any discrepancies and causes.
• Report anomalies observed during course, exams and evaluations to Training and Exams leads.
• Prepare the classroom for exams and evaluations.
• Ensure training resources for theoretical and practical phases are available at the start of each planned course.
