MTS Process Engineering

GF is looking for multiple leaders with in-depth technical and process improvement knowledge to join the UMD team. These technical experts are including Litho scanner, Litho track, Etch, Diffusion, Thin Film and Clean Tech. The primary job responsibilities will be driving new process development and transfer in the module mentioned above, to lead process and yield/defect density improvement, and to provide technical leadership by guiding and coaching the team.

• Dedicated for process development and improvement, to off-load most technical responsibilities from module managers and provide training to young talents.
• In charge of new process development and transfer in each module.
