Overview

Our client is looking for a hands‑on Head of Operations to oversee the day‑to‑day operational leadership across multiple preschool centers in Singapore.

The role works closely with Centre Principals to ensure smooth center operations, operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and overall operational support across the centers. The environment is collaborative, community‑oriented, and operationally hands‑on in nature.

As the organization continues to strengthen and build its operational structure, this role will play an important part in supporting centers on the ground, improving processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure sustainable and consistent operations across the network.
