Job Description

Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Multi site Dental Manager to join our practices in the Wiltshire area. All locations are a mixed NHS/Private practices who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

About the Role
Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety

Recruitment of support and clinical staff; 

Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions

Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients

Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions

Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance,...
