Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Experience working in domestic properties, ideally within housing (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to carry out basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering to support first‑time fixes and value for money
• Customer‑focused approach with pride in delivering high‑quality work
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support colleagues
• Reliable, professional and committed to safe working practices
• Good communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
