Job Title: Multi-Task Operative

Salary: £31,322 per annum
Contract: Temp-to-Perm (3 months initial temp period)

Tank Recruitment is seeking 2 skilled Multitask Operatives for our client's Repairs team. You will perform high-quality repairs and inspections within social housing dwellings and community buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry-led repairs and maintenance using multi-trade skills.
• Diagnose faults, estimate materials, and manage your own workload efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants while maintaining health and safety standards.
• Maintain company vehicle and stock levels.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years on-the-job trade experience, ideally within social housing
• Skills: Multi-skilled background (carpentry plus associated trades).
• License: Full UK driving license required.
