We are currently seeking 2 experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople for an ASAP start, working on behalf of a social housing maintenance contractor in Leicestershire.

Your new role

Working across occupied and void residential properties, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, delivering high-quality work in a customer-focused environment.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for operatives experienced in:

Double glazing (repairs, seals, hinges & handles)

External door repairs (locks, hinges, adjustments)

Internal joinery (doors, skirting, architraves, handrails)

Plastering (patch work)

Kitchen repairs (units, worktops, sinks, taps)

Basic plumbing

External joinery & minor roof repairs

Guttering repairs & replacements

Wall & floor tiling

Meter box repairs
