An established organisation within the construction & maintenance sector is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join the team on a permanent basis. This role involves carrying out responsive maintenance on newly built homes, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.You will be the first point of contact for occupants, playing a key role in resolving defects and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners, including some within social housing schemes.
