Job Description
We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work across the North West on a full-time, long-term contract for a well-established property maintenance contractor specialising in the social housing sector.
This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties for a number of housing providers. You'll be joining a busy, growing team with consistent work across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and the surrounding areas.
I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Joiner, Carpenter, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Plumber, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar role.
