Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas and aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport environment.
• Train and retain an excellent staff, deliver outstanding hospitality, and manage food cost and labor cost.
• Share P&L responsibility, run shifts, and ensure sanitation, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the team of Restaurant General Managers who report directly to this position and collaborate with on-site leadership.
