Multichannel Customer Care & Upsell Specialist

TR, part of the Trifast plc group, is seeking a Customer Care Executive in Singapore. You will manage customer interactions, resolve issues, provide sales support, and ensure a positive customer experience across various channels.

Your role includes handling inbound and outbound communications, maintaining records, and collecting customer feedback to improve service delivery. A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration is required.
