Multichannel Support Specialist (Bilingual) – Singapore

ENCOMPASSE in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to offer high-quality support across multiple channels. This role involves managing customer queries and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.

The ideal candidate will possess a Polytechnic Diploma and preferably have experience in a Call Centre or Helpdesk environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

The position offers a 1 to 2-year contract with flexible working hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
