Multimedia Validation

Preferred Skills & Expertise: • Strong hands-on experience with OpenGL, Vulkan, and Multimedia on Ubuntu/Yocto OS, and custom Linux/Android environments. • Proficiency in I/O drivers: I2C, UART, GPIO, SPI, SMBus. • Familiarity with Ethernet protocols, Automotive feature validation, and x86 architecture. • Experience in test development, triage workflows, and debugging. • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Validate graphics drivers across Multimedia, Graphics APIs, Power Management, I/O, and Ethernet on Linux/Yocto. • Execute and refine test plans based on program milestones. • Design and maintain comprehensive test cases ensuring functional and non-functional coverage. • Perform memory leak, stress, and soak testing using bounding box methodologies. • Collaborate with development teams on defect lifecycle, providing clear and actionable bug reports. • Work with automation teams to identify and implement automation opportuni...
