Multinational Service Specialist

Zurich Canada is seeking a Multinational Service Specialist to turn strategy into reality, ensuring complex multinational captive programs operate compliantly, consistently, and seamlessly for customers.

Reporting to the Senior Multinational Services Manager, you will consult with Account Teams and manage end‑to‑end Multinational Program servicing, deliver international program business service, and handle customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of service delivery issues to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate fronting decisions with captive partners into executable servicing actions and ensure policies, certificates, and local documentation comply with fronting requirements, local insurance regulations, and captive reinsurance structures, coordinating timely issuance to avoid regulatory or tax exposure.
