Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

The Role An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you will play a key role in planned maintenance, reactive support, and continuous improvement initiatives to keep production running smoothly. You'll be working on Panama shift rota (2-week rotation covering days and nights, 2-2-3 pattern). Key Duties Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across plant machinery and equipment Provide a rapid and effective response to breakdowns to minimise operational downtime Identify and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Work closely with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance Assist with improvement initiatives, including upgrades and process enhancements Accurately log maintenance activity and ensure adherence to health & safety procedures About You Hold a recognised engineering qualification (mecha...
