I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded manufacturer who are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their plant in Blackburn on a double days shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer with strong multi-skilled capability to join a fast-paced production environment where reliability, continuous improvement, and teamwork are key. Key Responsibilities Reactive Maintenance & Fault Finding Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimise production disruption Diagnose faults across electrical and mechanical systems Implement effective, long-term fixes to prevent repeat issues Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks in line with the PPM system Proactively identify improvements to maintenance plans and asset reliability Continuous Improvement Support initiatives such as TPM, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Analyse recurring faults and production losses Contribute to improvem...
